With over 20 years of executive leadership experience, Guy brings deep expertise in financial planning, business strategy, and operational transformation. As Deputy CEO and CFO of Israel Experience, he led strategic planning and financial restructuring that tripled the company’s surplus and enabled successful navigation through the COVID-19 crisis and national conflicts. Previously, he held senior finance roles at Israel Aerospace Industries and the Myers-JDC-Brookdale Institute, managing large-scale budgets, ERP implementations, and complex contract negotiations. Guy is known for driving growth, improving profitability, and building high-performing teams. A certified CPA, he holds an MBA in Financial Management from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
