About The Position

You will work closely with sales and product management to sell to Enterprise accounts and maximize profitable company sales revenue by assiting the sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team to provide expert platform solutioning for our prospects and clients as a pre-sales exercise.
  • Fully comprehend the GOARC unique value proposition
  • Collaborate and partner with existing product management and customer success teams to ensure the value propositions of each solution are communicated consistently.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to map out product demonstration flows and deliver demonstrations and demos to clients and prospects.
  • Channel customer feedback from your role in the pre-sales function with product management for continual product improvement and industry needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape across technology and competitors.
  • Understand current process, parameters, and conditions to generate costs estimates together with sales for the purpose of qualification.
  • Participate in RFP response efforts which include collaborating on technical responses, example deliverables, dashboards, and demonstrations.
  • Make recommendations to the bid management team on improvements to proposal language and technical deliverables.
  • Attend sales pursuit debriefs to provide feedback on the sales cycle, team approach, win themes, and client engagement.
  • Manage competitive demands, while coordinating and producing meaningful technology solutions for our prospective clients.
  • Qualifying and disqualifying new business opportunities while identifying customer pain 
  • Executing against quarterly and yearly sales goals as assigned

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Pre Sales or Sales experience in enterprise software and technology solutions, preferably in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy industries
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in helping to sell and delivering complex solutions
  • Strong collaborative team player/leader
  • Ability to understand and maintain creditability with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Appropriately adapts and leverages products, services, and operations to effectively compete in competitive markets 
  • Assigns the highest priority to customer satisfaction. Listens to customers 
  • Enjoys interaction with customers and prospects alongside the sales team. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global team-oriented environment across different time zones and ability to navigate and excel in complex, heavily matrixed organizations 
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills are essential, including the ability to relate successfully to a variety of people externally and internally and to form strong relationships with key decision-makers 
  • Proficiency with MS applications and CRM tools required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, salesforce.com)
  • Ability to travel from time to time
  • High Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)- required

TRAVEL: 25% to 50% of the time
